You have one beautiful lava stone on the back of your bracelet, allowing you to diffuse your favourite essential oils on the lava bead. Not only is this a beautiful piece, but you are able to experience the incredible aromatherapy benefits when applying the essential oil to the lava stone.

We recommend applying 1 drop of the essential oil on a tissue or on your finger and then rub the oil over the lava bead. The oil will slowly absorb and the aroma can last anywhere between a few hours to a few days depending on your activity.
