We endeavour to ship your order within less than 24hrs of receiving your order. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a notification, which will provide you with a tracking ID.
Due to the impact of COVID-19 on our Australian Post services, we are excepting delays for all domestic and international orders. Based off our previous customer orders arrival time, we anticipate order delivery times as follows:
- Australian Standard: 3-5 business days
- Australian Express: 1-3 business days
- International: up to 14 business days
The Wong Way does not accept any responsibility for delays caused by Fastway or Australia Post. We will not replace items lost or damaged in transit unless the customer has selected insured shipping. Local Pick Up
Central Coast customers may collect their order from our Wong Way HQ at Forresters Beach, NSW. Please select this option at checkout if you would like to pick up your order. Once your order is ready to be collected, the address details will be sent with order fulfilment/ shipping confirmation
Note: Upon collection you may be asked for your order confirmation or a valid photo ID.
Returned/ Rejected Packages
If your item is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address provided, you will be required to repurchase postage. Once this is complete we will be able to resend your package.
